Return Policy

We strive to make and sell custom quality parts at an affordable price.
We inspect all items before they are shipped. In the event an item does not work properly we will replace it.

We will accept returns within 7 days only if the item has not been used or damaged. Item must be returned in original package. If it is not in the original package there will be a 20% restocking fee, as we cannot sell item as new. Refunds will be for price of item only, shipping costs are not refundable.

Our return rate is very low and we do not see this as being an issue. We would just like our customers to understand all aspects of their purchase.

Shipping details

Most items are shipped USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. We will address any shipping problems but are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please note that in return cases, the shipping cost (and return shipping) is non-refundable.
